Part of today's lunch
Those tiny green things are Mexican sour cucumbers (Melothria scabra). They are so cute and tasty and pair beautifully with the Sungold tomatoes.
I'm going to toss them with sliced raw okra and balsamic vinegar. Only thing I think i'm missing is red onion.
